Tomato wine

"I made this wine for the first time in Bulgaria. It is inspired by all dreamers and those for whom nothing is impossible. The famous scientist Thomas Edison mentioned a century ago that in the future, doctors will treat diseases mainly through food. I personally admire orthomolecular medicine and wanted to create a special division for the "Queen's Winery House" collection of fermentations of superproducts that would work for the human body and at the same time have an extraordinary taste."

Pink, red, orange, purple, even brown, small and dainty or barely fitting in the palm of your hand, shiny, juicy, velvety soft and aromatic, and there's no doubt - tomatoes are extremely healthy.

A few interesting facts about this unusual fruit, disguised as a vegetable, that brings awesome health benefits:

• Contains all four major carotenoids;
• Provides all three of the most powerful antioxidants;
• Valuable source of potassium;
• Their pulp contains almost all the flavonoids;

I chose to make this experimental fermentation from tomatoes grown in the Balchik Municipality region. The result is a dry and elegant fruit wine with an unusual golden color with greenish hues capable of tempting even the biggest skeptics of unconventional tastes.
