Tastings
Free tastings of boutique wines under the Queen's Winery House brand are held in the town of Balchik, at the Prince Nikolay Villa, which is part of the Palace Architectural and Park Complex - the summer residence of the Romanian Queen Maria Alexandrina Victoria de Edinburgh - a worthy setting for the first encounter with your new favorite wine.
When are tastings held?
Every day from 9 am to 8 pm, without a day off, from April to October.
We will also be happy to welcome you during the winter months. Call or write to us so we can tell you what our opening hours are and prepare for your visit.
Individual and group visits
For individual visits, no prior reservation is required, please come along.
We welcome anyone who wants to try our boutique wines.
For groups of more than 10 people, please make a prior reservation by phone. It is important for us that our tasting guests feel comfortable, so we want to prepare for your visit.
How do the tastings go?
In the cozy hall of the Prince Nikolay Villa, or on the beautiful stone veranda overlooking the sea, we serve our boutique wines.
A sommelier will help you improve your wine culture, appreciate the aroma and taste of different drinks.

In what languages are the tastings held?
Tastings are held in different languages, depending on the nationality and preferences of the visitors.
We will make sure you feel comfortable and communicate freely during your stay with us. Rest assured, in addition to a common language, once you are our guest, we also share common tastes – good wine and a passion for discovery.
