Rozina is a wine-based flavored drink made from dry pink wine of the Pinot Noir and Shiraz varieties, combined with 101 grams of “grape honey” and natural aroma of Bulgarian rose “Damascena”. It has a dessert taste with gentle acidity. Its aroma is intense, multi-layered, with the main accent being the gentle, dense scent of Bulgarian Rose. Aristocratic, elegant – these are the words that can most accurately describe this aperitif drink.
We advise you to serve it very chilled, with ice. Serve it with blue cheese or with desserts, nuts, candies. If you are a fan of cocktails, combine it with sparkling wines.
