Once you've decided to try this boutique fruit wine, experiment to the fullest. In our opinion, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, Asian cuisine, pork in sweet and sour sauce, and heavy cheeses. Let it aerate for an hour without corking or use a decanter. Serve it very chilled.
