The aromatic wine-based beverage Rozina is a blend of the white grape varieties Pinot Noir and Syrah, with the addition of 101g of grape honey and the natural flavour of the world renowned Bulgarian rose sort “Rosa Damascena”. It can be offered as dessert marked by a subtle acidity. Its aroma is multi-layered, yet focused on the gentle, full fragrance of Rosa Damascena.
