An experimental issue of our production. A wine, made with a technological error, deliberately left uncorrected.
Dessert wine. After ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon we carefully selected the grape clusters for this exclusive wine. We further dried the grapes in order to increase the sugar content in them. Gentle extrusion and long fermentation. Our oenologist chose a non-typical approach and there is a technological error in this wine, there is a high generous sediment and natural carbonation in some of the bottles which is considered a jackpot hit for the appreciator of our products. Before the serving we recommned using a decanter of paper filter for separating the generous sediment. Aging of the wine upon this sediment contributes for the develoment of its atypical chocolate, cacao, homemade wildberry jam and vanilla flavors. No artificial fragnances. A really rare exmple of Cabernet. Regretfully, we tried to reach the same effect repeatedly, but as far with no result.

How is Dessert wine Cabernet Sauvignon served?
Before the serving we recommned using a decanter of paper filter for separating the generous sediment. Serve with blue cheese cream, dried fruit, platter of cheeses, caramelised nuts. It is suitable as a drink, accompanying classical main dishes with sweet-and-sour flavors or game meat with spicy flavors. Well combined with desserts and chocolate.
Dessert wine Cabernet Sauvignon is unique. (Our tries to reach the same effect are so far futule). An intriguing gift for the connoiseurs of this sort of wine, who want to try its sweet variation.
